Welcome to Opt for Health and Life.  I have been studying, researching and utilizing alternative health solutions for over 35 years.  My mission is to share with others who are searching for better health and a better life as a result of good health.

I am a wife, mother of 4 grown children, a grandmother, a business owner, alternative health/wellness consultant & was a caregiver for my parents who had Alzheimers & Dementia (Mom died March 2008 and Daddy died March 2009 - it’s another tough year).

My VISION is a growing VISION to help others find a way to make their lives & their world a better place for themselves & those to come later. I sincerely hope that I am an inspiration to other people because of my steadfastness & persistence.
